Reiki (pronounced Ray-kee) is a Japanese healing technique founded by Mikao Usui. The word combines Rei (universal) and Ki (life force energy) — the intelligent energy that animates all living beings.
When our life force energy is blocked or depleted — through stress, trauma, or illness — we feel unwell physically, emotionally, or mentally. Reiki works by gently clearing these blockages and restoring natural flow through the body's seven chakras.

Namaste, I'm Amit Pande — a certified Reiki practitioner based in Bengaluru, India. My journey into energy healing began several years ago when I first experienced how profoundly Reiki can restore calm, clarity, and a sense of wholeness in everyday life.
After completing my formal Reiki training and years of dedicated practice — on myself and with others — I witnessed firsthand the quiet yet powerful shifts that happen when healing energy moves freely. What began as a personal journey has grown into a calling to serve others on their path to wellbeing.
At Satva Healing, every session is held in a space of deep respect, compassion, and non-judgement. I believe each person carries within them the intelligence to heal — my role is simply to create the conditions for that healing to unfold naturally.
Reiki is completely safe, non-invasive, and has no known negative side effects. It is suitable for all ages including children and the elderly. Some people feel deeply relaxed or mildly emotional after a session — this is normal and healthy as energy shifts occur.
Reiki energy transcends physical distance. In a remote session you simply relax at home at the scheduled time while Amit channels healing energy to you. Many clients report the same sensations as in-person — warmth, tingling, deep calm. We connect briefly before and after via phone or video call.
Many people notice a meaningful shift after just one session. For deeper or long-standing concerns a series of 3–4 sessions is often recommended. Amit will discuss what feels right for you after your first consultation — without any pressure.
Not at all. Reiki is not a religion and does not require any particular belief system. It works regardless of your faith, background, or worldview. All that is needed is a willingness to relax and receive.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice, not a substitute for medical treatment. It works beautifully alongside conventional medicine and therapy. Always consult your doctor for any medical concerns.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Set a simple intention — even "I am open to healing" is enough. After the session drink plenty of water and allow yourself rest if possible.
